Faithfully reproduced from the hit TV show, these resin printed dog tags are personalized to your character’s name, rank team and blood type.

We are happy to customize however you like. They don't have to be just for cosplay. If you want them to read "Number 1 Dad"... "Firehouse 51 / Rescue Squad"... We can do that.

We provide ample chain length even for XL warriors. Should it be too long simply cut with average wire cutters or household pliers. We'd rather give you too much than not enough.

Due to the custom creation nature of these we can't make them up in advance. These are made to order so take about a week from order to shipping.
